At ONDA, we work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and smoothly. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for supporting ONDA! When purchasing a pre-order item, you are securing your product before it officially launches. Please note the following terms apply to all pre-order purchases:
Pre-Order Timeline
• Pre-order items are produced and shipped once inventory arrives to our facility. ( 5-6 weeks )
• Estimated shipping timeframes will be displayed at checkout; however, these dates are subject to change due to production and transit delays.
• You will receive email updates regarding order status, shipment tracking, or any timeline adjustments.
Payment
• All pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your item and are non refundable

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping will be available soon!
🚚 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing time may be slightly longer — but we promise we’re moving as fast as we can 💗
📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Typical delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note: Delivery estimates begin after processing time.
🌊 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
🏠 Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address!
If an address is entered incorrectly, ONDA is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at ondafounders@shopondamovement.com and we’ll update it if possible.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is shipped, ONDA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We will always try our best to help you file a claim!
