ONDA Return & Refund Policy

At ONDA, each product is thoughtfully designed and carefully inspected to ensure the highest quality for your movement practice.

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds at this time.

Because our towels and wellness products are considered personal-use items, we are unable to restock or resell them once they have been purchased.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is verified, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
