Orders & Pre-Orders

When will my order ship?
All ONDA items are currently made through pre-order. Orders typically arrive within 5–6 weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive email updates throughout the production process.

Why does it take 5–6 weeks?
Each piece is produced in small, intentional batches to reduce waste and ensure quality. Your order is made specifically for you.

Shipping

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we currently ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take once my order is ready?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes. Please email ondafounders@shopondamovement.com within 48 hours of placing your order with your order number and updated address.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All ONDA purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at ondafounders@shopondamovement.com with your order number and photos. We will gladly replace any damaged or incorrect items.

What is an ONDA towel?
ONDA towels are designed specifically for mat pilates / yoga / heated workouts, featuring a secure grip backing and soft, absorbent material to keep your practice comfortable and stable.

Do your towels fit all mats?
Yes, our towels are designed to fit standard-sized Pilates and yoga mats.

Do you make reformer towels?
No, ONDA towels are currently made for mat Pilates and yoga only.

Care Instructions

How do I wash my towel?

• Machine wash cold

• Hang dry or tumble dry low

• Do not bleach or iron

Proper care will help maintain the grip and softness of your towel.
